Q:
Some people really want to follow their passion, but they dare not act.
Maybe I doubt my ability and am afraid I can’t do it; Or worry that others don’t like such themselves; Or fear that others will pull their hind legs and hinder their progress; Or worry that others will be negatively affected; Wait, why
Do you have any suggestions for them?
Basha:
As we often say, whenever you move in the direction of your passion, you need to understand that the purpose of this moment is to make you notice that there is a (negative) belief inside you that makes you feel like this.
So don’t rush out of this moment; Don’t ignore your feelings; Don’t suppress your feelings; Stay with your feelings, feel your feelings, experience your feelings, recognize your feelings
You must have it to change it.
The way to change is to find the belief system that produces this feeling through your feeling.
Because no feeling will come out of thin air. There must be a belief within you that will correspondingly make you feel this way.
So when such feelings emerge, you should make good use of them.
This is also an important part of the “passion formula”, that is, when you follow your passion to act, it will mirror your internal belief system that is inconsistent with your passion.
Finding these belief systems is also part of your passion.
Because if you don’t find them and identify them, you can’t really put them down (release and clean them up).
So when you feel:
“Oh! Others will not like me”;
“They’ll think I’m crazy”;
“It won’t work”;
“I’m not good enough”
“I don’t deserve it”;
“I’m so useless”;
“I can’t”
Wait
When you have similar thoughts or feelings, please give yourself a “body immobilization” and let yourself stop here and stay in this feeling.
Because this idea, this feeling, is the most important problem you need to deal with at this time, and the most important thing you need to do.
Connect with it and find out what kind of self-definition, self belief and self cognition will make you have such thoughts and feelings in this situation.
Analyze it, understand it, and really listen to what it says to you.
Then look around your world and see if you can find someone who does what you love, lives your ideal life, and doesn’t have the challenges you face.
If they can do it, and you see them do it, then why can’t you do it?
You can do that, too!
If you really understand the negative words such as “can’t, can’t, can’t” that fear based negative beliefs say to you, and compare what you see other people “can, can, and do” what you want to do.
Then, you will find that what this negative belief says to you is unreasonable, and you no longer believe it.
Because, why are you different? Why don’t you have the ability? Why can’t you do the same or bigger things as those who set an example for you?
Jesus: you can do what I do, and you have to do bigger things.
It doesn’t make sense, does it?!
Once the negative belief becomes unreasonable, it will melt, dissipate and disappear.
Because you won’t hold on to unreasonable and meaningless things.
However, there may be other beliefs within you (the belief behind the belief), so that you think this belief is reasonable and meaningful. Then you need to find these other beliefs and release them.
These beliefs may “do everything possible” to make you believe that if you move on, something very bad will happen, but that is not a fact, but just a point of view.
Believe in your passion!
